Minor was an heir to an estate where a parent died without a will. The parent was a beneficiary under a two trusts where the trustee failed to properly distribute funds. The deceased also failed to p ... ay child support for the benefit of the Minor heir. The case involved accounting and legal aspects stemming from the undistributed trust share to the deceased parent and then figuring out advocating amounts due the Minor heir and due the parent of the Minor heir for child support. Also a solution was required to protect the significant distribution so as to benefit the Minor heir in the future.
