College Student

Jason Bach and team were nothing shy of amazing start to finish. The length of my case was 5 months because, unfortunately, my educational institution drug this case out. Every scheduled phone appointment was timely and not rushed, Mr. Bach answered every question. The team's email responses were c...onsistently prompt (usually less than 2 hours) with professionalism second to none. The commitment of this team exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this team to my closest friends and family. The Bach Law Firm's research in my case, along with their direct correspondence to opposing counsel was strong, experienced, and polished. The calm and empathetic demeanor of this team offered strong emotional support to me during a time of distress and I am ever grateful for the Bach Law Firm.

great litigator and very satisfied

I hired Jason Bach and The Bach Law Firm to resolve a professional dispute for me. Unfortunately, the other side was unreasonable and despite Mr. Bach’s repeated efforts, and the case ended up in court. Jason and the Bach team were very diligent and thorough litigating the case. While we continuou...sly attempted to settle, my case ended up at trial. Jason was very prepared and did a great job at trial, which we recently won. Because of the court system, it took a couple of years for us to get to trial. During that entire process, I found Jason and his team to be extremely competent as aggressive advocates and kept me informed the entire way. What most impressed me about his firm was that he personally went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed and met. I previously had worried about unnecessary expenses and surprise bills and I was pleasantly surprised at their transparency and communication around strategies, costs and research options. I would strongly recommend Jason Bach and his team to anyone in need of their services.

Mr. Bach made something happen that I thought was impossible

I got in touch with Mr. Bach after being dismissed from medical school because of mental health issues. He wrote a series of letters to the university and though it took about 4 months, we came to an agreement with the school. They reinstated me and now I’m headed back!

Sound guidence during a time of crisis

As a parent it is a very stressful time when your child is facing disciplinary action that would delay or prevent their graduation. As an education major your child is reliant upon a recommendation from the school to obtain certification. Without that recommendation 4 years invested pursuing a dream... is at risk. In our case our child's future was in the hands of the Department Lead who did not even have the required credentials to evaluate our student. As a parent you want to do anything you can to support your child. We were angry and wanted to blast the Institution and Department Lead who was unfairly evaluating our daughter to the point of accusing her of plagiarism. All from what we could best determine was a personality conflict. Fortunately, before we acted we did a google search for a law firm that could provide direction on how best to approach this crisis. We found there were multiple law firms offering their services to Educational Institutions, but very few on targeting students navigating this process. We feel very fortunate to have contacted Jason Bach. From the time we contacted the firm and worked with Angie (Administrator for firm) we were supported with outstanding advice. Jason reviewed all our information before we spoke to him and was prepared to lay out options and put together a plan to rectify this situation at our initial consultation. It started with an internal appeal and concluded with filing litigation. We had a plan to navigate an environment where we were at a disadvantage of not knowing the process. With that plan we were more comfortable navigating the process. Fortunately the appeal process was successful and our situation was rectified after the first step in the process. The $250 we spent for a consultation was the best investment we could of made. That one hour consultation put our child back on the path to pursue their dream of begin a special education teacher. Thank you Jason and Angie!

Lost thousands!

I hired Bach to represent me against a school. He seemed nice during the consultation and I chose not to believe the other reviews about him. It costed me dearly. He took the retainer then never sent one letter to the college and his firm fought me when I complained to them. I should have read the re...views. My situation was made worse by his total lack of assistance and refusal to return phone calls, even after I paid him.

Though each case has differing facts and circumstances, I strive to provide zealous representation along with excellent customer service in all of them. We have systems in place to ensure communications remain open and telephone calls, emails and other correspondence are timely responded to. Without knowing your name, it is impossible to know the particular circumstances of your matter. Nevertheless, we take client feedback and allegations such as this very seriously. I encourage you to call our office immediately so we may discuss your claims further and resolve your concerns.
