I hired Jason Bach and The Bach Law Firm to resolve a professional dispute for me. As a parent it is a very stressful time when your child is facing disciplinary action that would delay or prevent their graduation. As an education major your child is reliant upon a recommendation from the school to obtain certification. Without that recommendation 4 years invested pursuing a dream... is at risk. In our case our child's future was in the hands of the Department Lead who did not even have the required credentials to evaluate our student. As a parent you want to do anything you can to support your child. We were angry and wanted to blast the Institution and Department Lead who was unfairly evaluating our daughter to the point of accusing her of plagiarism. I hired Bach to represent me against a school. He seemed nice during the consultation and I chose not to believe the other reviews about him. It costed me dearly. He took the retainer then never sent one letter to the college and his firm fought me when I complained to them. I should have read the re...views.
