Hard to give him a star.

We hired Jason to represent our under age daughter. She was cleansed out of school,by a community who did not like outsiders. We gave Attorney Bach over $200,000. for a case that drug on for years. The opposing pigs counter sued our daughter for $185,000. Finally a judge ruled too much evidence we ar...e going to court and then Attorney Bach stopped talking to us. Twenty six family's banned and a lot of suicide. I would have spent 500,000.,but Jason was the judge, jury and executioner. Totally destroyed our daughter. Don't make the same mistake my family made in trusting him.

George, Your post is rife with false information. And, you know it is not true. You were not our client, which means we could not talk to you about anything concerning any of our clients’ cases without authorization. Since you do not know the outcome of the matter in question, you have chosen to create this distorted fabrication. I cannot address many of your outrageous comments because of my duty of confidentiality to our client, but my office does not “stop talking” to clients. In fact, we communicate regularly with our clients to provide them with advice and counsel throughout a particular matter and, ultimately, our clients make the decisions regarding resolution in all of our cases. I realize you would not know this because, again, you were not our client. While I understand it may have been frustrating to have been unable to receive information about this matter, that does not justify your disparaging post. Knowingly posting false information on the internet does not make it true, it is defamatory.

Lost thousands!

I hired Bach to represent me against a school. He seemed nice during the consultation and I chose not to believe the other reviews about him. It costed me dearly. He took the retainer then never sent one letter to the college and his firm fought me when I complained to them. I should have read the re...views. My situation was made worse by his total lack of assistance and refusal to return phone calls, even after I paid him.

Though each case has differing facts and circumstances, I strive to provide zealous representation along with excellent customer service in all of them. We have systems in place to ensure communications remain open and telephone calls, emails and other correspondence are timely responded to. Without knowing your name, it is impossible to know the particular circumstances of your matter. Nevertheless, we take client feedback and allegations such as this very seriously. I encourage you to call our office immediately so we may discuss your claims further and resolve your concerns.

not professional not honest lawyer

I hired Mr. Jason Bach. During the consultation, he said a lot of whatever you want to hear. After I paid the retainer fee, he disappeared for 7~8 months, no call, no email, nothing. When I finally had to contact him by all the possible methods, the reply from his office indicated that he tried to ca...ll me for more information, which in fact never happened. This is the first time I encountered his dishonesty. He never contacted me and I can verify it from my phone billing history. During his 1st letter to school about my case, the description about what happened is not accurate. It looks like, he is not even familiar with my case. The letter contains plenty of inaccuracy. He did not revise the incorrect details until I emphasized it multiple times. His 2nd letter to school is worse. The description about the fact is inconsistent with the 1st letter. Think about this, if you were the reader, how would you have been convinced by the inconsistent statement of 2 letters? I feel very disappointed. His reply is always slow, super slow. And he did not even attend one of our meeting calls. At beginning, I explained why I wanted to sue, and he said " you have a Good Shot". However, after I paid him, his attitude towards my case had a huge change, and he couldn't even remember what he said to me about all kinds of reasons at the beginning. The worst is, he started to help school convince me! Think about this, you pay him money but he speaks for the other party, and try to close the ASAP. I highly do NOT recommend this attorney. Not only because he is not professional, but also he is NOT honest about how things could be like in the end until you pay him and waste your time. He like earning money more than being professional. Try to avoid him, and contact other attorneys. If all other attorneys cannot help you, then he will not either, whatever he says. If any of other attorneys can help you, do not hire him either, because he is doing the same by charging you more. He gives people good impression at the beginning by saying whatever you want to hear, just to want to have your money. Google his review, and on other website, plenty of bad reviews. I strongly doubt the authenticity of good reviews.

Hi Mike, I am sorry to hear you were so displeased with your representation. The circumstances as you describe them do not sound familiar to me or anyone in my office nor do they match up to any cases we have handled. It is very important to me that my clients are represented to the best of my ability, and I stand by my work and professional reputation. Unfortunately, you did not post your last name and you have not contacted me directly so I am unable to reach out to you personally or even identify which case it is you are referencing. I feel strongly there has been a misunderstanding, and I urge you to contact me so that we may discuss it.

Incredible Lawyer!

My husband and I hired Jason and his team when my son's rights were violated by his school. Jason immediately went to work on our case and resolved the matter beyond our greatest expectations. He kept in touch as to the status of our case and answered every question and concern we had with compassion... and professionalism. We have and will recommend Jason to friends and colleagues.

Worst "representation" ever!!!!

I hired this lawyer. He charged excessive, unannounced fees and never returned one single call. He disappeared once my check cleared. I LOST MY CASE because the opposing party never heard from him. I am in debt and still out of school because of him! It says on here that he is a computer fraud lawyer... but he advertises as an education rights lawyer.

In all my cases, I strive to provide excellent representation and unmatched customer service. However, each case has differing facts and circumstances. Despite researching our files, we do not find any client having your name or matching your circumstances [and have no record of you contacting our office to express your concerns]. Moreover, we do not engage in the unethical behavior you describe, and we have systems in place to ensure all communications are timely responded to. In many cases, the facts and the law indicate a matter can be brought to court. However, when it is clear that it cannot, I will negotiate the best outcome possible for that client. In such cases, I work diligently to preserve as many of my clients' objectives as possible through such negotiations. We take client feedback and allegations such as yours very seriously. I encourage you to call our office immediately so we may discuss your claims further.
