Initially went thru "Divorce Rights for Father's " which is ran by Mr. Harris in return is how I was introduced to Kurt Harris. I had gave everything my now Ex-Wife had asked for In the divorce, not a wise decision for any future divorcees no matter either party. After the divorce was final she then ...asked me for permission to leave the state and go back east where sum of her family resides in return I gave her my permission with of course new reasonable visitation as well as making it as easy as possible to see my daughter and my step daughter. She if course agreed to the terms I asked for and of course defaulted on those terms with my very first summer vacation that we had agreed upon. I then now had to of course retain legal representation which is where Mr. Harris comes Into play and she of course goes out and hires a $10,000 attorney just to show how much she wanted to try and keep as much controll as possible. Thank god for the law actually working for the good guy and because of Mr.Harris with his excellent knowledge of the Nevada courts , judges , attorneys, His court demeanor , we actually prevailed and was no longer "Deprived" of seeing my little girls ! Mr Harris got me as much as possible legally allowed and solidified in writing with the courts a " New Decree " that benefited myself and my daughter as well as my always step-daughter. I highly recommend Mr.Harris as for he will not waist your time as time is very valuable in a situation such as when it comes to Family matters !

I needed a lawyer that was honest and would tell me right away if I could win my case and did that to a tee. No one wants to hire a lawyer sorry to say but if you have to you might want the best one on your side and he is it. He was very upfront and honest the whole time made me feel comfortable. Mos...t people when they think about lawyers think that they just lie to get your money not kurt he was very upfront about the whole process. I hope I never have to use him again but if I do I will be sure to go so him. Thank you again kurt for saving my family and being the re e when I needed you.
