Initially went thru "Divorce Rights for Father's " which is ran by Mr. Harris in return is how I was introduced to Kurt Harris. I had gave everything my now Ex-Wife had asked for In the divorce, not a wise decision for any future divorcees no matter either party. After the divorce was final she then ...asked me for permission to leave the state and go back east where sum of her family resides in return I gave her my permission with of course new reasonable visitation as well as making it as easy as possible to see my daughter and my step daughter. She if course agreed to the terms I asked for and of course defaulted on those terms with my very first summer vacation that we had agreed upon. I then now had to of course retain legal representation which is where Mr. Harris comes Into play and she of course goes out and hires a $10,000 attorney just to show how much she wanted to try and keep as much controll as possible. Thank god for the law actually working for the good guy and because of Mr.Harris with his excellent knowledge of the Nevada courts , judges , attorneys, His court demeanor , we actually prevailed and was no longer "Deprived" of seeing my little girls ! Mr Harris got me as much as possible legally allowed and solidified in writing with the courts a " New Decree " that benefited myself and my daughter as well as my always step-daughter. I highly recommend Mr.Harris as for he will not waist your time as time is very valuable in a situation such as when it comes to Family matters !

Mr. Kurt Harris was cordial, professional, honest, and has high integrity. His ethics are high and he is selective when choosing his clients. His costs are very reasonable. His demeanor is respectful. I point this out because too many attorneys are arrogant and make you feel inferior and bully you ev...en if you are the one hiring them. He did an excellent job reviewing an extremely long child custody evaluation report and provided a thorough and well written summary that was meaningful for me as a client to grasp the pertinent matters in the report.
