I had a previous attorney who ruined my case to the point where it seemed hopeless. Mr. Johnson was the only attorney willing to help me after so many others left me feeling at a loss of information and guidance, it was overwhelming. He was able to get the opposing council to agree to a settlement which had previously seemed impossible. He didn’t even charge me a percentage of the settlement, he realized how badly I had been previously represented and truly was very compassionate. I truly can’t thank Mr. Johnson enough.

Rick gave me a great consult following an injury in a casino for which I had a claim. He admitted that I had a complaint, but he also advised me to consider the possible blow back from filing a complaint against a major casino which helped me to weight the risk versus the potential reward. Attorney Richard S. Johnson is an excellent Attorney who has been not only helpful throughout my contact with him, but very respectful and timely. I was in a auto accident early August, and was struck at 100 mph by another driver on the highway who was driving recklessly. My car was totaled and I woke up in the hospital. I thank God, and It is a miracle that I am alive and walked away with no major long term injuries. I participated in physical therapy and received some treatment for whiplash for a couple months following the accident. Richard Johnson is a great hands on atttorney. He actually accepts his clients phone calls. If he does not take your call, rest assured he is in court, or in a meeting, working on someone elses case. He will call you back. Ric was my attorney on a personal injury case. He had his work cut out for him. The business who's property I was injured on, decided to file bankrupcy during my case. Ric, told me not to worry, as soon as their bankruptcy was settled, we would go after their property insurance. He did just that and was able to negotiate a very generous settlement for me, between the business and their insurance company. Ric traveled to Florida to take depositions from my Dr and my witnesses, that were with me in Las Vegas at the time of my accident.
