Let me just begin by saying that I have battled in the court system for 9 years with many different lawyers. Each time hoping that the new one would help me gain custody of my children. I was consistently let down by people that didn't care and only showed up to court for the money. I am so thankful ...for finding Brittney Salvatore. She was the answer to my prayers. I am amazed at the effort and knowledge put into my case. She had an uphill battle with my situation which included fighting to move my kids out of state( I live in Colorado) changing a stipulation that I previously agreed to( extremely hard to do), and finally proving my ex as an unfit mother. As a father, it is challenging to win full custody over a mother. I have even worked with the so called Father's rights lawyers, which was a joke. She was honest and caring throughout the entire process. She always made herself available to answer any questions and made me feel like a priority. The way she gathered all the information and presented it to the Judge was amazing!! Everything was done over the phone which was a huge blessing since I didn't have to travel back and forth to Nevada for the hearings. I felt very confident with Brittney, and she handled everything and FULLY represented me in court. May I also say that she did so at a very reasonable rate. Other lawyers casually quoted upwards of $25,000 to cover my case. Who has that kind of money laying around?? Brittney is more than fair in providing her skills. She was quick and made this process seem effortless. It could have been drawn out in the courts but when you have a lawyer whose main goal is to do what right and not just fill their pockets, you can rest assure that you are in the right hands. I am so thankful for what she has done for my family!! I now can say my kids are safe and happy and I can sleep at night knowing my babies are with me. Please, please trust me when I tell you look no further for representation!! She will get the job done right. My only regret is that I didn't find her 9 years ago.

Brittney handled my Divorce, which was relatively smooth, but 9 months later I found myself under attack by the x-wife, who filed bogus CPS and TPO cases against me in an attempt to take my son away, who we had joint custody of at the time. With the help of her unscrupulous, unethical council and a s...low family court system her plan worked... for a while. Brittney was ALWAYS the consummate professional (even when I didn't want her to be!) and NEVER GAVE UP, even when things looked bleak. In the end we won... and we won BIG! I doubt there are many, if any, attorneys in Las Vegas that know the law as well as Brittney, and I know for a fact that much less skilled local attorneys charge WAY more money than Brittney for their services. She's fair, honest, and kicks A*** when necessary, like a legal Superhero! All she needs is a cape!

Brittney was very forthcoming with all the steps that I was taking in my divorce. If I had any questions she was there to answer and if she was tied up she got back to me very quickly. I appreciated her honesty and approach! If I ever have a situation I will use her again and would recommend her to a...nybody.

Attorneys are often stereotyped as bad, but when you need one you want the best! Brittney is the best attorney I have ever met (on both sides of the courtroom) in the 5 years since my divorce. Best does NOT mean "most aggressive," "loudest," "surprise tactics," or "most shocking allegations." In fact... in my experience (5 years, 2 judges and 3 attorneys) judges appreciate and respect calm, objective, rational minded attorneys and clients who understand that child custody isn't about "which parent wins the most" and that each case requires both parties to compromise on things (especially for kids). Brittney remains my attorney for the last 2 years and I have no plans of going to anyone else! She makes sure she fully understands the latest on my case, argues the most important points both in writing and in court, stands her ground calmly, stays objective in the face of opposing attempts to derail the hearing, and provides useful "reality check" feedback as needed. Perhaps more importantly, she invests in my case and adopts my point of view so she can perfectly express my concerns without double checking every twist or turn that things undoubtedly take. If you're a "normal person" and are looking for an excellent family law attorney who can champion your needs then look no further. However, if you're "high drama" and prefer to incite conflict then I'm sure she would appreciate the suggestion that you go find someone more like you who is willing to take your money and let you be the fool in court.
