Brittney M. Salvatore

Brittney is great. I first worked with her 5 years ago when she assisted me with my divorce and custody agreement. She was a real advocate for me and very easy to work with. Recently I needed to have my agreement modified in order to close on a home purchase. We were under the gun to get it done... with a short timeframe. Brittney came through for me big time, she delivered the paperwork to me quickly, filed and followed up with the courts to help push it through in an expedited manner. While she set expectations reasonably she went above and beyond to get the items done even sooner. Couldn't be happier.

I was referred by one of my friends to Brittney and he said the same thing I will say. She is awesome!!! I have dealt with attorneys in the past and not once would I say I had a good experience. One attorney was someone I new and I still wouldn't refer anyone to him. That is not the case with Brittn...ey. She is good and knows your case and isn't reading it 5 minutes before you go into the courtroom. A piece of advice, if she tells you to do or don't do something, I would listen to her. She will more then likely be right and you'll just end up make everything worse. Matter of fact, the reason I'm writing this review was because I told my friend, that I am referring, that I bet she will respond to your email today or tomorrow and its 6:00 pm. on Friday night.

Brittney handled my Divorce, which was relatively smooth, but 9 months later I found myself under attack by the x-wife, who filed bogus CPS and TPO cases against me in an attempt to take my son away, who we had joint custody of at the time. With the help of her unscrupulous, unethical council and a s...low family court system her plan worked... for a while. Brittney was ALWAYS the consummate professional (even when I didn't want her to be!) and NEVER GAVE UP, even when things looked bleak. In the end we won... and we won BIG! I doubt there are many, if any, attorneys in Las Vegas that know the law as well as Brittney, and I know for a fact that much less skilled local attorneys charge WAY more money than Brittney for their services. She's fair, honest, and kicks A*** when necessary, like a legal Superhero! All she needs is a cape!

she did not fight for me. told me one thing and then went in the other direction. Very unprofessional legal assistant, who was not very truthful. I just felt like she was not strong enough and did not represent me like she should have. I wasted 8 months and $1500, and ended up having to hire a more c...ompetent attorney.
