The first time I spoke to Ms Brittney, she said my case was very simple - division of community property and spouse support but as the months went by, my case became very complicated. New demands, claims, issues, and surprises kept coming and never ending changes of the Decree of Divorce. From SSI be...nefits to military retirement pay (QDRO) to spouse and child support arrearages from 13 years ago from another state to real property issues involving a third party, some violation issues and unduly and enormous production of 26 years of documents. My case could have taken a lot longer which means more fee but she did not take advantage of that, instead she aimed for a fair settlement and did her best for us not to go to a full trial. We almost did that could have ended up like WWII, but she worked diligently and negotiated with the other counselor until the day of the trial and we settled peacefully. The Judge comment was “GREAT JOB COUNSELORS”. Amber is a Super paralegal. She worked very patiently with me. Everything was done online due to COVID-19 and I had no clue at all about computer and online stuff but she walked me through it making sure I did everything right (Right Lawyers). She’s very efficient in preparing documents and respond to my emails promptly. She made sure all my documents - and again I’m talking about 26 years of documents I had to produce “online” (where I became an expert, thanks to her) was processed and filed on time. I thank and give glory to God because through Ms Brittney and Amber, my prayers were answered - a peaceful settlement. In the end, he agreed to everything that he completely refused to give at the beginning of the case and he also withdrew most of his demands. Thank You God, Ms Brittney and Amber.
