If you are going through or planning on getting divorced I highly recommend Brittney!! Let me tell you from experience even if you are doing a divorce in which you both agree on everything do yourself a favor and get an attorney. As with everything in life it will be ok at first but can become very t...ricky especially when your coparent is angry and bitter. I highly recommend Brittney Salvatore-Perkins because I have personally used her for almost 2 year's through a very messy divorce involving 3 children. She is an expert at the law, a great communicator and also always gets back to you right away. Her expertise in divorces involving children was what made me choose to work with her after our initial consultation. There was also physical property ie. house, business multiple assets etc. She has very good knowledge of business law too and was able to help me navigate that aspect as well as the children and custody agreement. Everyone at Right Lawyers was amazing also! Brittney's Paralegal Amber is AMAZING. She always answer's your call and is amazing in document preparation and following up with you as well as communicating pertinent information right away. This is definitely not a Law Firm who is all about billing you for as much as they can. I felt all prices were very reasonable for the work and I never felt pressured into any decisions by Brittney. She instead took the time to speak with me and tell me her feelings on the issue's at hand and listen to me and we then moved forward. She not your typical I know everything you'll listen to me attorney and I LOVED that about her.

Let me just begin by saying that I have battled in the court system for 9 years with many different lawyers. Each time hoping that the new one would help me gain custody of my children. I was consistently let down by people that didn't care and only showed up to court for the money. I am so thankful ...for finding Brittney Salvatore. She was the answer to my prayers. I am amazed at the effort and knowledge put into my case. She had an uphill battle with my situation which included fighting to move my kids out of state( I live in Colorado) changing a stipulation that I previously agreed to( extremely hard to do), and finally proving my ex as an unfit mother. As a father, it is challenging to win full custody over a mother. I have even worked with the so called Father's rights lawyers, which was a joke. She was honest and caring throughout the entire process. She always made herself available to answer any questions and made me feel like a priority. The way she gathered all the information and presented it to the Judge was amazing!! Everything was done over the phone which was a huge blessing since I didn't have to travel back and forth to Nevada for the hearings. I felt very confident with Brittney, and she handled everything and FULLY represented me in court. May I also say that she did so at a very reasonable rate. Other lawyers casually quoted upwards of $25,000 to cover my case. Who has that kind of money laying around?? Brittney is more than fair in providing her skills. She was quick and made this process seem effortless. It could have been drawn out in the courts but when you have a lawyer whose main goal is to do what right and not just fill their pockets, you can rest assure that you are in the right hands. I am so thankful for what she has done for my family!! I now can say my kids are safe and happy and I can sleep at night knowing my babies are with me. Please, please trust me when I tell you look no further for representation!! She will get the job done right. My only regret is that I didn't find her 9 years ago.

Brittney Salvatore is the best!!! After going round and round with my now EX Thanks to Brittney. I wanted to just give up but Brittney was always right there telling what I should do from a legal stand point, verses what I wanted to do based on my feeling. My divorce case was complicated and took 2 years.every thing was agains of me.my first attorney was too expensive and just one month before trial he told me I have no chance to win so I decided to change my attorney .I start to work with Brittney the result wasn't like win but from 100% lose to almos...t good shape in less than a month was great .after my divorce final we have a chance to go to court again and she was helpful and she knows what she doing.I strongly recommend her to all my friend who need a professional lawyer

Brittney handled my Divorce, which was relatively smooth, but 9 months later I found myself under attack by the x-wife, who filed bogus CPS and TPO cases against me in an attempt to take my son away, who we had joint custody of at the time. With the help of her unscrupulous, unethical council and a s...low family court system her plan worked... for a while. Brittney was ALWAYS the consummate professional (even when I didn't want her to be!) and NEVER GAVE UP, even when things looked bleak. In the end we won... and we won BIG! I doubt there are many, if any, attorneys in Las Vegas that know the law as well as Brittney, and I know for a fact that much less skilled local attorneys charge WAY more money than Brittney for their services. She's fair, honest, and kicks A*** when necessary, like a legal Superhero! All she needs is a cape!
