Brittney M. Salvatore

My attorney was Brittney Salvatore, and my paralegal was Amber Turner. I could not have asked for better team to help me with my case. My divorce took way longer than expected due to the other party's lack of corporation. Both Brittney's and Amber's patience, understanding and transparency were beyon...d expectations. They were Wonder Woman level in my opinion.

The first time I spoke to Ms Brittney, she said my case was very simple - division of community property and spouse support but as the months went by, my case became very complicated. New demands, claims, issues, and surprises kept coming and never ending changes of the Decree of Divorce. From SSI be...nefits to military retirement pay (QDRO) to spouse and child support arrearages from 13 years ago from another state to real property issues involving a third party, some violation issues and unduly and enormous production of 26 years of documents. In addition, Ms Brittney has to deal with a second lawyer because the first one resigned half way through the trial date but she stayed on top of everything. Whenever I get frustrated and insists on what I think is “right”, she’d talked some sense into me and advise me the right way to handle it (Right Lawyers). My case could have taken a lot longer which means more fee but she did not take advantage of that, instead she aimed for a fair settlement and did her best for us not to go to a full trial. We almost did that could have ended up like WWII, but she worked diligently and negotiated with the other counselor until the day of the trial and we settled peacefully. The Judge comment was “GREAT JOB COUNSELORS”. Amber is a Super paralegal. She worked very patiently with me. Everything was done online due to COVID-19 and I had no clue at all about computer and online stuff but she walked me through it making sure I did everything right (Right Lawyers). She’s very efficient in preparing documents and respond to my emails promptly. She made sure all my documents - and again I’m talking about 26 years of documents I had to produce “online” (where I became an expert, thanks to her) was processed and filed on time. I thank and give glory to God because through Ms Brittney and Amber, my prayers were answered - a peaceful settlement. In the end, he agreed to everything that he completely refused to give at the beginning of the case and he also withdrew most of his demands. Thank You God, Ms Brittney and Amber. I pray for God’s grace of blessings, favors, protection, provisions, success, good health and long life for Ms Brittney and Amber and their families through Christ Jesus.

Let me just begin by saying that I have battled in the court system for 9 years with many different lawyers. Each time hoping that the new one would help me gain custody of my children. I was consistently let down by people that didn't care and only showed up to court for the money. I am so thankful ...for finding Brittney Salvatore. She was the answer to my prayers. I am amazed at the effort and knowledge put into my case. She had an uphill battle with my situation which included fighting to move my kids out of state( I live in Colorado) changing a stipulation that I previously agreed to( extremely hard to do), and finally proving my ex as an unfit mother. Everything was done over the phone which was a huge blessing since I didn't have to travel back and forth to Nevada for the hearings. I felt very confident with Brittney, and she handled everything and FULLY represented me in court. May I also say that she did so at a very reasonable rate. Other lawyers casually quoted upwards of $25,000 to cover my case. Who has that kind of money laying around?? Brittney is more than fair in providing her skills. She was quick and made this process seem effortless. It could have been drawn out in the courts but when you have a lawyer whose main goal is to do what right and not just fill their pockets, you can rest assure that you are in the right hands. I am so thankful for what she has done for my family!! I now can say my kids are safe and happy and I can sleep at night knowing my babies are with me. Please, please trust me when I tell you look no further for representation!! She will get the job done right. My only regret is that I didn't find her 9 years ago.
