I was actually referred to Warren by a lawyer in Texas because my license was suspended there. Warren Geller obtained the best possible outcome for me: A not guilty verdict at trial. Unarguably, Mr. Geller is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in Nevada. Throughout the trail Mr. Geller outmaneuvered and out-lawyered the prosecutor. While the State had an uphill battle to convict on the evidence, the execution of the defense was still required. At one point, a grandfatherly and benign appearing witness began a series of spontaneous utterances which bore no relation to the truth as a simple battery became intent to commit murder in this witnesses’ mind. Mr. Geller skillfully batted away this curveball. In the end, Mr. Geller “won” as the law and the facts dictated I should.
