This is my first time being in trouble and I end up with a DUI in Las Vegas. I’ve heard the heard the horror stories of making this costly mistake but nothing could prepare me from the shame and embarrassment of the situation. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his paralegal, Daniela or “Danny” a very sweet and respectable young woman, who had me fill out forms in his waiting room which was completely adorned by his various hard fought victories in criminal defense cases. I saw articles on the wall of high profile cases and media attention he gained defending his clients with unspeakable charges including more than one murder case. This set the tone for my visit. My anxiety slowly began to dissipate as I realized that if anything, at least I’m not wrongly accused of Murder. I began to realize I was in good hands. When Mr Gellar came out to meet me he smiled and shook my hand. He said I’m fully vaccinated, take off your mask, have a seat and make yourself comfortable!” I immediately felt at ease in one of the most rock bottom portions of my life. He illuminated the details of my situation in ways I wouldn’t have even begun to consider asking about. He told me of cases he had resolved previously and informed me of the stipulations in which Nevada imposes on its DUI charges. For every issue he had a way to make it better. He didn’t rush my appointment at all. He took his time and even sat and talked to me for almost 2 and half hours! He made me feel comfortable and acknowledged my combat experience as being a powerful form of leverage in the eyes of the court. He explained, that Nevada is very dismissive of defense for DUI cases and leveled with me in that taking the charge off my record was a very rare occurrence. That being said, there is a program for combat veterans in which they allow veterans to attend a separate court which focuses on the treatment for symptoms of PTSD and addiction and once/if completed, they will COMPLETELY CLOSE THE FILE AND DISMISS THE CHARGE! Warren then gave me a point of contact and literally told me it was a free service for qualifying individuals! He literally did this despite the fact that he was taking money out of his own pocket! What a great guy! He also helped me out, in the short term we met, to resolve a long standing insurance lapse ticket I’ve had with the Nevada DMV! NOW THAT IS A CONSULTATION! I honestly found myself wanting him to be with me every step of the way in this case despite the fact that it makes more sense to go the free alternative that would put me into a special veterans only pipeline. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I left wanting to just have a beer with this guy! (and Uber back of course!) Thank you Mr Geller! 10/10

Warren Geller represented me as my "public defender" in District Court for 5 felony charges. By the grace of God, Warren Geller saw my file on another public defenders desk, picked it up and ask to take my case. Warren represented me on a former case and recognized my name that is why he requested ...to take my felony case and represent me. The timing for this man to be where he was when he was, was a true BLESSING to say the least!! He had my 5 felonies reduced to 2 AND had me put on a "wobbler" to have my case reduced to a "gross misdemeanor " given all requirements by the court were met by myself. I can not "thank" this man enough! He is a compassionate, intelligent, persistent individual who is extremely knowledgeable in law and goes to bat like a "champ" for his clients. It was my first time domestic violence and battery charge. I was very nervous about the court and how it needs to be handled. I called around to see who I can hire with the budget I have to resolve my situation. I didn't know exactly what to do so I waited until the day I was to appear in court.
