King of the Court!!!
David defeated the odds for me in which I believed was a for sure lost for me. Though innocent by character, Fischer took a deplorable case which involved a firearm and turned it into probation. I’ve never been involved with a crime nor court and for my first experience I did my research and am proud to say I chose the perfect man for the job. Can’t thank you enough for what you did for me and also for saving my business that I can continue without that rainy cloud over my head anymore. If ever in another bind or anyone looking to get out of one I will refer David R. Fischer every time. strategic, calm, well presented. Appreciate your work ethic DF.

Amazing attorney!
David was fantastic from start to finish. I was charged with a felony theft and my public defender said that I was facing 2-4 years in prison. I retained David for a very fair price and he was able to get my case closed with just a small fine. No jail time, and no probation! I couldn’t ask for a better result. David is very personable, honest, and a great communicator. I hope that I’m never in trouble again but he would be the first person that I call.

My First Offense
It is a scary time when you are charged with a first offense and you don't know what to do or how to handle it. I contacted Mr. Fischer whom was recommended to me. He was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. He took the time to listen, explained my options and gave me advice. My case was out in Jean, Nevada and he made it possible for me to only appear once and that meant a lot since it is about a 45 minute drive out there. His assistant, Stephanie was a great help when I had questions and responded to my e-mails in a timely matter. I definitely will recommend his firm to others that need help with a criminal case. I hope I never need assistance in a criminal matter again but if i do, he is definitely going to be my first choice.

Great job
I commited a misdemeanor as a Tourist. I was very pleased with the Service Mr Fischer provided - my case was dismissed against a little penalty at the lower end of what was possible. All in all I strongly recommend Mr Fischer!

Lifesaver!! Move over David Blain...
Mr. Fischer performed what I believe must have been ACTUAL MAGIC with my case. Before hiring Mr. Fischer I was confused and anxious about my case and charges. He was able to ease my worries and lay out a realistic plan for my defense. All the while being willing to negotiate and work out a fair payment arrangement that I am truly grateful for.

Direct and Gets the job done.
I was referred to Dave by another friend/attorney. My case was one that had 3 felony charge's including killing of an endanger species, a pupfish. Dave was able to get those charges dropped down to misdemeanors with no jail time. I still dont know how he did it but I'm extremely happy that I chose to go with Dave. That's Dave the lawyer at his best, the other side of Dave and my favorite part was his honesty. He never sugar coated my case he didn't tell me what wanted to hear, he told me what needed to hear and that was the truth. Hope for the best expect the worse beca me my model with this case. Excellent results
I was charged for a Domestic violence charge in Henderson Muni courts. Anyone who has ever been in Henderson Muni courts, know how difficult it is to deal with the city attorney's office ?!?! David gave me options he was able to work out my plea bargain. Amended charges of breach of peace, a class n fine. It worked out fine. I would highly recommend David Fisher !

I would highly recommend using David R Fischer as your Lawyer, he was very professional yet down to earth and took away all the stress of the situation me and my boyfriend managed to get ourselves into on a holiday to Vegas, as we are British, live in England and nothing like this has happened to us before, thanks to David both our court cases have now been dismissed. Captain America In The Courtroom
David delivers on his promise with his clients. I was very unaware of what I was dealing with before I hired him but once I had him in my corner all my worries were put to rest and the outcome of the case was highly in my favor thanks to his knowledge and diligence. He helped get me my life back. We even had coffee after court so he could explain everything. He conducts business in a timely manner, maintains his professionalism and has a an excellent track record of actually helping people. It's obvious that his passion is in helping people and not just trying to collect a bunch of fees. His attention to detail puts your mind at ease so you can not worry about your case.
