Nick Wooldridge

I was involved in a complicated situation that required immediate legal advice and representation. After calling a hand full of criminal defense attorneys, I got in contact with Mr. Wooldridges office manager Ryan. The firm had good reviews and I did not have time to shop around. After several brief ...conversations, I felt most comfortable going to Wooldridge law. I got an appointment within an hour, had to change times due to the urgency of the situation and saw nick before 10am. I broke down the situation and nick informed me of my options if I chose his firm. Immediately upon choosing the firm, he was in contact with all the necessary individuals to resolve my potential charges. This set the tone for my experience with the firm, things got even better from there. I was able to text nick or Ryan with any questions and never had to wait hours or days for a call back. Mr. Wooldridge knew I was shaken up and assured me that everything would be alright, which it was in the end. There was no gray area of whether or not I wouldn't unexpected billing or fees, everything was in black and white and there were no "got cha" charges that many people face. I would recommend this firm to any, thank you Ryan and Nick.

Nickolas Wooldridge is a young energetic maximalist who knows his business and his worth thoroughly. Me - completely dark in law system, young creative nature, who recently came to the United States and ,(especially when I'm nervous), very poor speaking in English. By my naivety and gullibility,... of course I immediately get into a nightmarish situation and did not know how to get out if it's ever possible at all and how to do so, so as not to spoil my future life and career in USA from the beginning because of this nonsense. Can you imagine this picture ?? As a result, two of these persons (me and Nicolas) for about two hours were trying to understand each other and believe me, It is impossible at all in these difficult circumstances, but .. thanks not only to the high professionalism and restraint, but to the purely human qualities this wonderful lawyer managed not only to calm himself clear from the crisp a bit aggressive professionalizm, but to stop the flow of my tears, horror and despair, understand my incoherent babbling, and patiently and courageously (and unbearably long probably) thoroughly explain me everything again and again to make sure I understood him correctly.. He even was able to convince me that this is still nothing in existence and he would really do anything to keep it this way till the end of the process. Plus at the end of our meeting he gave me a few important recomendations what to do in my american future and where I would be able to find help in my different private difficulties. And what do you think?? In a week or so on a rehearing his assistant made incredible - my return home to my husband, even though in my cituation according to the rules it could only happen after the end of the process .. By this in fact he saved my freshmade marriage (!) - me and my husband had time to talk about everything (he understood that he was wrong and I didnt mean anything bad) and we decided that we are still in love and we want to get back together. This firstly. Then in a month or so.. It was the last hearing, where my husband first appeared in the court but not as a prosecutor, but to support me, incognito, worrying, standing outside of the doors the whole process. What to add - my case was dismissed and sealed, so it will never appeare anywhere in my future. God bless! On October 3rd at 8:04 in the morning I received a call from Tiffany who asked if I needed help. How I even managed to remember my cell phone number at 2:00 a.m. is beyond me, but obviously I did. I said yes and that my son was arrested the evening before at 10:30 on misdemeanor charges of domesti...c violence in a restaurant with his "girlfriend". By 10:00 a.m. I had heard from Nick Wooldrige, I had signed a retainer agreement which THEY BROUGHT TO ME to make my life easier. Never once did I wait more than five minutes for a return call. Nick saved my son twice, the first time was that evening (my son was there until they process and it is a long haul - they move painfully slow and there is not much a lawyer can do, he has to wait for the papers) when my son was actually in court when there was a mix up with my son's name (and if I did not have Nick, my son would have been there another night or more (easily). There were five misdemeanors against my son. NIck met with my son about two weeks later and listened to his story and told him his goal was to go for no record, etc. It was ludicrous to have him arrested to begin with but so be it. The end of the story, Nick, the man with wings and a mind that is even faster- he flies around that courtroom - got it down to "harrassment, not even a crime, a fine of $125 and a restraining order in place (by the woman) which was good because I never want to hear or see her from her again. I have worked for lawyers for 30 years and never, and I mean never do they return calls the way this firm does - never waited more than five minutes frim Nick, Tiffany and their paralegal. THENNNNNNNNNNN, AFTER COURT AND my son and I are at home, Nick calls to see how we are. I am not finished thanking them. But I need to get some things in order. They are in a word "exceptional" from the first phone call from Tiffany "do you need help" to the last call from Nick to see how we were. I would not take the time to write this if it were not true. I would just say okay we won, life goes on, but they are deserving of this praise. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do, they are the people I will call - Nick Wooldridge. Incredibly nice man, incredible lawyer. He literally gave me my life back.

I had to hire a corporate litigation attorney to resolve an issue with my ex- business partner. Nick Wooldridge proved to be the right choice for me. I was aggressively represented in court, and the other party had to consent to our conditions. During the whole course of action Nick tried to ease the... painful experience of litigation (this is the first and hopefuly the last time I have to go through this). The firm had coverage around the clock, and I exercised this option not once. These people are really available on the phone. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Nick, and I'd recommend him should anybody ask for my advice.

When you call this law office, you will run into Case manager called. Jon Padilla or John. Before you can talk to attorney. I suggests you audio record your call with him because he will exam your wealth and flip, rip and twist you after that. In my case, he said lawyer fees is $7,000 after I spoken... to attorney Wooldridge., it was increase to $14,500. I have 3 witness on the phone to confirm that he asked $7,000, but that was not enough to counter his lies. I have no record, it was my first Charge. I and my family spoke to him and we were so impress with him so that, even after I have spoken to 3 AVVO best 5 stars lawyers, I couldn't hire them but wait until entire day, to speak to this law office lawyer. After I finally spoken to Mr. Wooldrige, he shamelessly double his attorney cost to 14,500.00. 3 of us were shock. Mr. Wooldrige make it cleared to me over the phone that, his Manager will set the price. Seem, that was a main problems. This guy skimming legal fees without law office actually know about it. Base on your ability, whom you are. In my case, I bail out with $10,000 Cash in Houston. He knew, I was too happy and willing to hire so he double his set lawyer fees from $7,000 to $14,500. May be cashing out his commission from future client that he can read, and can effort to pay double lawyer fees. What he miscalculated was I am, man with principle will not tolerate that. As much as I wanted to Hire this law firm I couldn't for principle reason. Avvo should not favor sponsor lawyers. This is public warning, when you contact this fine law office, there is cheater in front line of this office and be sure to record your call, before you can reach anyone in that office. Let my review stood until improvement in that office.
