I am writing this review to warn others based on my experience with attorney Juan Luciano. I hired and paid for legal representation in a family court matter involving parenting time and court-ordered visitation. Despite having court orders in place, I repeatedly did not get to see my child for holid...ays and significant parenting time, even while represented by counsel. That is one of the most painful and unacceptable outcomes a parent can experience—especially when the other party is openly defying court orders. What made this even worse is that my attorney did not effectively address or stop the ongoing violations. Instead of prioritizing enforcement of court orders and advocating for the child’s best interests and stability, the pattern continued year after year. I did not feel he took meaningful action to protect parenting time, hold the other party accountable, or present the situation to the court in a way that reflected the seriousness of what was happening. In my experience, there was also little to no strategic use of these repeated violations to demonstrate the long-standing pattern of noncompliance. When court orders are being ignored, an attorney should be able to act decisively—whether through enforcement, proper filings, clear evidence organization, and strong advocacy. Unfortunately, I did not see that level of urgency, preparation, or strategy. Beyond the outcomes, I also found the office process inefficient and disorganized. Work was frequently pushed to staff, communication was delayed, and billing did not reflect the quality or effectiveness of the services provided. I paid thousands of dollars and still felt like I was doing the heavy lifting and carrying the emotional and logistical burden of the case. Overall, I am beyond disappointed—not only in the representation, but in the lack of accountability, integrity, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Juan Luciano to any parent who needs strong advocacy, timely action, and enforcement when court orders are being violated.

Juan is really a great divorce attorney. He is extremely pleasant and kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging, but in the courtroom, he is a fighter.
