Reckless w/accident into parking citation

Michael was up front about what to expect and supported me through my difficult time. He gave me a "no nonsense" approach on what to expect and somehow managed to far exceed my expectations.

A Real "Heavy Hitter" Amongst Attorneys

In Sept. 2016, I was arrested and charged with three serious felonies. I was devastated with little hope of a positive outcome. After my consultation with Mr. Troiano, I felt better. Mr. Troiano worked diligently, always kept me well informed and always explained to me in detail every step of my case.... My calls were always answered and Mr. Troiano always made time for me. I can tell you that as a former paralegal, I have had experience with many attorneys, some good, some bad and I can tell you that without a doubt Mr. Troiano is first on my list of attorneys I would recommend. I was very satisfied with the outcome in my case I will recommend Mr. Troiano to anyone needing an attorney.

always makes time !

I am a young vegas native and out of several other attorneys on Yelp I chose Michael. Over my first three years of driving I managed to accumulate multiple speeding tickets which he was able to get reduced to parking tickets. I actually called him one time as I was pulled over and didn't have my li...cense, so he actually emailed me a photo of my license!! Wow who does that right? A man with dedication to his clients, which is why I've referred him to my mother for tickets and also a friend for a DUI.

Results with a human touch

Michael did what I never expected of a lawyer. He was able to not only give me great advice, counseling and representation, but he also helped me as a person who was experiencing emotional qualms, fear and anger for my first and only arrest and criminal prosecution in my 65 years on earth. I was ar...rested for a felony, and I felt that there were unjust occurrences while being arrested and I was extremely unsettled. During our first consultation, he provided me with all the answers to questions I had regarding court proceedings, possible outcomes, and what I could expect from the prosecution and answers for some questions I didn't even know I needed to know before I said anything more than explain briefly why I was arrested. He asked what resolution I wanted and he focused specifically on that goal and got it for me without me even having to appear one second in court, something I truly had anxiety about. His experience and dealings with the DA's office provided me the main thing I needed - assurance that all was going to be okay. Finally, his demeanor was always welcoming and, after witnessing my anxiety, he gave me simple human advice to sooth my fears - something I never expected.

Great Experience

Michael was amazing in helping with my situation! I had a ticket that I needed help getting fixed, and live out of state. Michael was able to take care of this without me having to worry about it. I would highly recommend him, as he is extremely professional and handles things in a timely manner.
