Biography
Dustin E. Birch graduated from the University of Utah in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, including an International Relations Certificate. He then went to law school at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, America’s oldest law school. Dustin graduated from Marshall-Wythe in 2007 and moved to Las Vegas.
Dustin has been practicing in the realm of personal injury for the entirety of his legal career. He started with a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm and then worked for one of Nevada’s premiere insurance defense firms. In his time as an insurance defense attorney, Dustin handled several of the firm’s largest cases, including several catastrophic injury cases where the Plaintiffs were paralyzed as a result of their injuries. Dustin’s time as an insurance defense attorney gives him a unique perspective on how insurance companies handle personal injury claims, and how to best maximize recovery for his clients. Dustin joined Aaron & Paternoster in 2010 and became a partner with Paternoster Law Group when Aaron & Paternoster dissolved.
Dustin speaks Portuguese and loves spending time at home with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
