Divorce, child custody and support service

I retained Mr. Beckstead as my lawyer after being served with divorce from a county outside of Clark. He listened objectively to the details of my 10+ year marriage and collected pertinent information to develop an appropriate response and plan of action. He was thorough, direct, meticulous and res...pectful in all communications with myself, the other party and the court. I felt confident in the representation of myself being of the utmost importance to Mr. Beckstead. He personally attends to all matters and motions associated with the case at hand, so I was never left chasing answers or at the mercy of a secretary. I was very satisfied with the fair and timely resolution facilitated by his efforts. I would definitely recommend Mr. Beckstead to anyone seeking the direction and care of an intelligent, reliable and trustworthy attorney.

Highly recommended

Matt, was hired to handle an unusual Default on my 'Agreement to sell Real Property' . He was excellent in researching past case law. Always being thorough and timely, and very effective presenting my defense. His personal interest in my concerns were handled with the utmost care an professionalism...! Awesome Lawyer

I hired Matthew B. Beckstead as my lawyer to handle a difficult case with my workplace and insurance company. He has been amazing at following up with me and both companies and getting everything taken care of in a timely fashion. He has sent letters, requested documentation, and done all the researc...h to handle this particular case. If anyone is looking for a qualified skilled lawyer I would definitely recommend Matthew B. Awesome lawyer

Excellent lawyer, very personable. He is ahead of time with his paperwork. He knows his job very well. Easy to get in contact with. I would recommend him to anyone. I feel safe giving him my personal information. I had an easy and wonderful experience. I will use him agaikn in the future.
