When I met Julio I was in a very stressful and life altering situation. I had just been medically retired from the military and getting ready to embark on my new journey by moving across country with my kids to Las Vegas. The retiring from a 9.5 year career portion was stressful enough but when you... add custody issues to the mix it exasperates the situation astronomically.
