I only had 4 days left to answer an emergency motion for custody filed against me and it was a bad one. My situation was slightly different and promised to be complicated from the start, I live in Northern Nevada, the case was in Southern Nevada and the other party was in Northern Utah however Mr. Vigoreaux did not hesitate to take on our custody case. From the beginning he was very honest and upfront.... He explained exactly what needed to be done and kept in constant contact with us about any developments or changes. At one point the other party had gone against judge’s orders and absconded with the child to another city, Julio was right there calling and texting and helping us figure out what needed to be done next.
