Hello to everyone who is reading my review. If you are considering hiring an attorney and debating on who to hire, you will obviously be stressed out. I get it. I was so stressed out that someone recommended that I call Julio. We are stressed while deciding which lawyer to hire, right? Then, there is... the cost of hiring a lawyer as well. We are already worried about visitation, child support, and all the other considerations when it comes to our children. We all have different backstories. I met with Julio after a very stressful moment at my home when Law Enforcement came out to my house. Long story short, follow his lead. Don’t deviate from his counsel. Be honest with him and lay out the essential details regarding your child. I was not married to my child’s mother, but some of you are married. Julio still needs information from you, good and bad. Don’t withhold information. It can be stressful, and we get caught up in the moment. I get it, but let him guide, advise, and counsel you. That’s why you are going to hire him. For those of you who are Veterans, know this. His why is the kind of reason why you should retain him as a lawyer. Trust me. If you are a veteran, tell you are a veteran. I laid out what I wanted, and he got me what I wanted and needed as a father. For those of you who are fathers, this is you, man. He gets it. We as men have our rights as fathers, and some of these women, exes, ex-wives, and mothers think our parental rights take second place to theirs. Julio will fight for your rights as a father. I can’t tell you how relieved I am knowing that she can no longer deviate from a visitation plan. Once the dust settles, move on and start a new chapter. Good luck to you all.

Extremly satisfied with Julio. After 3 years of being bullied by my ex i hired julio. He took the time to get to know me and was very approachable at all times. He gave me the facts upfront about my case and didnt sugar coat anything. If you want someone who over prepares you for a case this is the g...uy. Yes we over prepared but the confidence that we went into the courtroom with was extremly reassuring. We were prepared on all fronts and it felt like he was in this battle with me. I'm a father with custody and after 3 years julio finally got a judge to see that the mother needed to help out finacially with our children. I was compensated for over due child support, lawyer fees, and better visitation schedule for my children. We now finally have structure in our home thanks to this guy. The bottom line is he is worth it! He is one of the few attorneys who are representing people because he really cares about helping others! He was my attorney but i will consider him a friend for life!

I just finished my court appearance and had to rate my lawyer. I have a very peculiar case, troubles I've been battling since 2017. The judge confirmed my custody/child support case was highly unusual, I was skeptical and a prior lawyer I consulted even said it was extremely unlikely for the ca...se to go my way. Working with Julio was extremely positive while also being honest about my case. Where others told me it was a lost cause, he objectively fought for my interests. I only had 4 days left to answer an emergency motion for custody filed against me and it was a bad one. I went on a website to try to find a lawyer that I could afford to help me, Julio answered me back on a Sunday. Monday morning I was in his office and he started working hard on my case that mornin...g. I felt from the start of meeting Julio, that I had someone to really help me fight to keep my son. It was a nine month battle and there were many ups and downs, Julio stuck beside me and continued to take payments that I could afford. In the end, I kept my custody, my child support almost doubled and the visitation schedule was set better to not be disruptive to mine and my sons daily life.
