Biography
I am certified as a personal injury specialist in Nevada. While some lawyers are afraid of the courtroom, I love it. I have obtained multiple verdicts in jury trials in excess of $2 million. I have been recognized for my work in the courtroom by being named one of the top 10 trial attorneys under 40 in Nevada by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Insurance companies are more likely to make a fair offer when they know an attorney is willing to go to court to fight for his clients.
The insurance companies are bullies and their sole mission is to keep as much money as they can for their executives and shareholders. I know this all too well, as I used to represent them. In fact, I was head of the Las Vegas office for one of the largest insurance companies in the country. The only way to defeat a bully like the insurance companies is to stand up to them and let them know you will not be pushed around and they will not take advantage of you.
