Personable, Professional

Although my case didn't end as I had hoped, Brian did everything that he could to put forth the best case. From deposing my ex to see how he would answer in court to not being afraid to ask the tough questions whether of me or my ex in court. Brian is very easy to talk to, and I recommend him if you have any need for a Family Law attorney.

Divorce

Brian has been great. He is very understanding but yet takes care of business. I felt that my best interest in mind. I would recommend him to anyone that is going through a divorce or custody issue.

Experienced and passionate

Mr. Blackham handled my case fairly quickly. With my circumstances, I was able to keep my family safe because of his expertise. When I was ready to give in from being worn down, Mr. Blackham kept fighting. He was sincere yet strong when fighting for what was right in my case. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Blackham for any complicated or "simple" situation.

Compassionate, Smart, Strategic

I highly recommend Brian! He is a sharp strategist and truly cares for his clients. Brian advised me of what I could achieve and equally importantly he counseled me on what I probably would not be able to achieve. GREAT LAWYER

Brian and his staff were extremely helpful with handling my custody case. With every question that I had, he responded with great advice & in a timely manner. I highly recommend him if you are in search of a lawyer who cares about your case. He helped me to secure primary physical and full custody of my daughter. It was a stressfull time period but he walked me through the process with as much ease as possible. Choose your lawyer wisely, because it will benefit you emotionally & physically when you choose the RIGHT one for your case.

Absolutely great at what he does... AND he cares.

I went through a pretty stressful divorce and there was absolutely nothing easy about it. Me and my ex were at odds on everything from the get-go, including financial issues and the child timeshare... I interviewed 3 different attorneys before finally deciding to go with Brian Blackham. From day one, Brian (and Ishi Kunin) fought diligently to protect my rights as a father. I firmly believe in the adage, "you get what you pay for." Persistence pays off

Brian Blackham was excellent during the trial that resulted in primary custody for me, a father, after 8 long years of trying to ensure my children have the environment they both wanted and deserved. Simply put, he delivered. The entire law office was always straight with me, understood my situation, didn't take advantage of my desire to help my children, and on both occasions when they recommended I take action, they proved right. They don't tell you what you want to hear, they tell you how it really is. As a result, I didn't just have attorneys, I had a group of talented people in the trenches with me. They were timely, gave suggestions on how to minimize costs, attentive, and at times, tough on me, which kept me focused. They are the reason my children are in a better place today.

Smart, Dedicated, Professional & Passionate about my case.

After 3 Judges, 3 Lawyers and 12 years in and out of Family Court; Only now do I feel confident in recommending an attorney. AMAZING LAWYER!! Awesome firm!!

I met Brian in February 2013. He immediately put me at ease, and jumped in with both feet when beginning my divorce process. The Nevada laws aren't always in favor of the best interest of the children. Brian realizes this and will fight to try and balance it out. One of the things that stood out most with this firm was their commitment to the best interest of any children involved. Before I even retained them, they were encouraging me to get in for the mandatory parent class. Not because it was mandatory, but because it would help me minimize the negative effects of divorce on my children. Divorce is never an easy process, but with Brian Blackham and the K&C team on your side it will make this transition in your life less overwhelming. I feel blessed to have had them fighting in my corner.

I found Mr. Blackham to be very kind, courteous, and very gracious with my daughter during our time with his office. Essential talent

Brian is a talented professional that will work for you 100%! He has a brilliant, powerful, to the point way of writing up the facts and presenting the facts himself in court. He represented me in my recent divorce, keeping a mindset of him putting himself in the oppositions shoes, so to be checking he's doing his best to maximize our case. Brian was sensitive to my needs as I had never been through any legal proceedings before and needed remedial help. He created smart, realistic, by the book steps, in line with what we thought the court would conclude, and it was successful, plus some. Divorce and Custody

Brian was recommended to me by a family member who is an attorney. Brian was always responsive to my needs, listened intently, followed my direction or gave legitimate reasons why we needed to go a different route and remained professional at all times. He was always prepared for court appearances and his ethics were never questioned. Brian has an extensive amount of knowledge and knows how to deal with other attorneys who don't exhibit his consistent level of professionalism while maintaining his own. Property Settlement Case

Brian is an awesome attorney. During the case he handled for me he was always very thorough and responded to my phone calls and emails. My case had unusual circumstances and was tough on me since the other party was very difficult. But I always felt confident that Brian was on my side and would do everything he could to settle it fairly on my behalf. I would reccomend him to anyone and already have.

Outstanding Service

Brian was a great attorney. He was always quick to respond to my phone and emails.
