Ran up huge ($70,000) fees for divorce which should have ended sooner and much differently. Failed to file documentation in timely manner, asked for detailed docs but effectively did no use them, threatened to withdraw one week before trial if I didn't agree to a very unfair settlement despite being ...paid an additional 10K to "get us through trial". Unprepared for a deposition which was a farce. Beware.

I spent two years trying to come to a cordial agreement with my ex-wife, specifically on establishing paternity with my daughter. I continued to pay child support without missing a payment, but I needed to establish paternity jurisdiction as she was frequently moving around in the Las Vegas valley, t...alking about leaving to other states, then dodging phone calls and meetings with me while I was trying to get something formal in place.
