I spent two years trying to come to a cordial agreement with my ex-wife, specifically on establishing paternity with my daughter. I continued to pay child support without missing a payment, but I needed to establish paternity jurisdiction as she was frequently moving around in the Las Vegas valley, t...alking about leaving to other states, then dodging phone calls and meetings with me while I was trying to get something formal in place. Both attorneys I hired before Michael Carman simply gave up as my ex-wife moved to a military base, making it very difficult to get her served. Michael Carman however, knew a process server who worked with me to finally get her served. I will never forget how good that day felt. After which, he was an excellent liaison between my ex-wife and I until we came to a mutual agreement, and we were able to resolve the issue peacefully.
