Adam Weisman acted on our behalf to break our lease. My son had to leave Tucson for health reasons and we were obligated to pay rent for 12 months on an apartment that my son never occupied. Adam was great. It's been 15 years since we've had to do an eviction and he was able to explain things to me in such a way that I didn't worry and helped everything make sense. I am a landlord and needed a lease agreement reviewed. Adam informed me of his rates and I agreed to proceed with the consultation. I was told to call back with any questions and this is where everything went south - he was beyond rude and condescending. I was told my questions were silly and that I ...was not doing a good job as a landlord. After arguing I decided to take my business elsewhere. On the plus side I did get a refund on the consultation fees.
