Adam reviewed the pertinent documents and found that Fairfield did not have legal access over our land. We ended up having to sue both Pima County and Fairfi...eld Homes. It was a truly amazing experience to witness Adam’s brilliance in building our case and arguing on our behalf in three court hearings. In the end, we settled, but have no doubt we would have destroyed Fairfield’s case with Adam as our litigator. Adam is a brilliant attorney and we would hire him again without hesitation.
