Thank you, Adam

A case against me was filed while I was stuck abroad for 11 months (pandemic). I communicated via email with plaintiffs’ atty, believing I could defend myself effectively. I was close to losing the case, when I got back to Tucson. Adam was in vacation, but right after I called him to explain the sit..., he immediately broke his vacation to undo all the mistakes I committed in the case. His professional knowledge is extremely detailed, he is always easy to reach, and has very reasonable and clear pricing. Suffice to say, to the surprise of the plaintiffs’ side, the case was promptly resolved to my advantage, with the settlement being lower than what I initially proposed at the beginning of the case, and which, at that time, the plaintiffs refused. Highly recommend Adam to anyone having RE problems

Top notch!!!

I am out of state and found Mr. Weisman online to do an eviction for me as it would’ve been too costly to do myself. I contacted his office and they got back to me almost immediately. Him and Sara worked my case very professionally and very timely. The whole process was made very simple because of th...e knowledge and expertise that Sara and Mr. Weisman bring to the table. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I would highly recommend them for any real estate legal needs.

Great expertise

So far precise, concise advice directed at solving the problems. He is a real estate and easement expert and has already shaped my case to the better. Really glad to have his knowledge clarifying controlling laws in this complex case.

Adam Weisman great attorney to work with

We worked with Adam to create a sales agreement for the sale of our residence as well as a bill of sale for the sale of all of the furnishings in our home. Adam quickly created a draft of both documents for us to review, and the very minor changes made to customize our situation were also quickly pr...epared. Our buyer sent the contracts to her attorney who said that he had no changes because the contracts were clearly and understandably written. Adam was a real pleasure to work with and made the sale of our home run smoothly without the need for a real estate agent. We would highly recommend using his services for your real estate needs.

Easement Dispute

My wife and I hired Adam to help settle an easement dispute with a neighbor. Adam is very knowledgeable concerning these matters and kept us informed in a timely manner. His fees were fair and we would recommend him to anyone needing information concerning easement issues.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
