Thankful for Adam

2 minutes ago New I hired Adam to help with an easement dispute with Fairfield Homes who claimed they had the right of way over our property. Adam reviewed the pertinent documents and found that Fairfield did not have legal access over our land. We ended up having to sue both Pima County and Fairfi...eld Homes. It was a truly amazing experience to witness Adam’s brilliance in building our case and arguing on our behalf in three court hearings. In the end, we settled, but have no doubt we would have destroyed Fairfield’s case with Adam as our litigator. Adam is a brilliant attorney and we would hire him again without hesitation.

Thank you, Adam

A case against me was filed while I was stuck abroad for 11 months (pandemic). I communicated via email with plaintiffs’ atty, believing I could defend myself effectively. I was close to losing the case, when I got back to Tucson. Adam was in vacation, but right after I called him to explain the sit..., he immediately broke his vacation to undo all the mistakes I committed in the case. His professional knowledge is extremely detailed, he is always easy to reach, and has very reasonable and clear pricing. Suffice to say, to the surprise of the plaintiffs’ side, the case was promptly resolved to my advantage, with the settlement being lower than what I initially proposed at the beginning of the case, and which, at that time, the plaintiffs refused. Highly recommend Adam to anyone having RE problems

Rude

Called to get help on a landlord / tenant situation and as I explained he responded with “that’s not my problem “ and “ I don’t care what you do or didn’t do because it’s not my problem “. Even a few scoffs as I was explaining myself.

Run

My daughter died tragically in July of this year. As I live in another state, I contacted Mr. Weisman regarding probate, marital, and cohabitation laws. I found Mr. Weisman to be blunt, arrogant, argumentative, and somewhat clinical, however he was knowledgeable and answered my questions. At the ...end of the conversation he encouraged me to contact him if I had any further questions. A week later, I had further questions. I left a message on Mr. Weisman’s mobile phone. He returned my call quickly. It was obvious he was driving in his car using his Bluetooth. He briskly asked me what I “wanted now”. Before I could respond to his question, he interrupted me stating “my retainer is $5,000, I charge $350 an hour, call my office and sign a contract…I want to get paid”. WOW. I am a real state investor and probably make more in one year than Mr. “I Want to Get Paid” Weisman will see in his lifetime. Money is not the most important thing to me…respect, professionalism, character, and compassion are…qualities Adam lacks. This guy is a real piece of work…don’t be fooled by his reviews…he is one of the rudest individuals I have come across in a long time.
