Adam Weisman

My daughter died tragically in July of this year. As I live in another state, I contacted Mr. Weisman regarding probate, marital, and cohabitation laws. I found Mr. Weisman to be blunt, arrogant, argumentative, and somewhat clinical, however he was knowledgeable and answered my questions. At the ...end of the conversation he encouraged me to contact him if I had any further questions. A week later, I had further questions. I left a message on Mr. Weisman’s mobile phone. He returned my call quickly. It was obvious he was driving in his car using his Bluetooth. He briskly asked me what I “wanted now”. Before I could respond to his question, he interrupted me stating “my retainer is $5,000, I charge $350 an hour, call my office and sign a contract…I want to get paid”. WOW. I am a real state investor and probably make more in one year than Mr. “I Want to Get Paid” Weisman will see in his lifetime. Money is not the most important thing to me…respect, professionalism, character, and compassion are…qualities Adam lacks. This guy is a real piece of work…don’t be fooled by his reviews…he is one of the rudest individuals I have come across in a long time.

I am a landlord and needed a lease agreement reviewed. Adam informed me of his rates and I agreed to proceed with the consultation. I was told to call back with any questions and this is where everything went south - he was beyond rude and condescending. I was told my questions were silly and that I ...was not doing a good job as a landlord. After arguing I decided to take my business elsewhere. On the plus side I did get a refund on the consultation fees.
