Post-decree Child Support and Child Custody

I meet with Brian and discussed my case concerns with him. Brian outlined the pros and cons to my case. He never once made a promise to me about an outcome. Brian was aggressive in litigating my case not only in the Superior Court but also during the relinquishment portion of the case before the Juve...nile Court. Brian has given me and my child peace of mind knowing that the she will never be in the harms way of her other parent. Thank you Brian for everything you have done, there truly are no words that can express what you have done for my child and myself. You are our Guardian Angel.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
