Mr. Fleishman handled my tax lien foreclosure action in a pleasant and professional manner. The lien was paid off quickly and I received payment promptly. This was the first time in my nearly 70 years that I needed to retain an attorney and he made the whole process easy and painless. I would not hesitate to retain him for any future legal needs. Great service!!!

A small group of us hired Michael to recover rental income taken from us by the property manager at our condo development. We knew it was a bit of a long shot that we would see any money given the circumstances. For over a year, Michael continued to work hard for us, keeping us informed about what he was doing, and being very fair on charging for his time. Through Michael's persistence and smarts, we just received word we would be recovering all of our lost rental income. Obviously, we are thrilled with the result. But win or lose, Michael is a very good attorney, who we would hire again in a minute!

I moved to Tucson from San Diego in June of 2016. I bought a home in Pimma County and found out the day I moved in that there was a Pimma County non-compliance complaint ($18,500) on the property for the last four years that had not been recorded in any fashion that would show up on a title report. The previous owner had illegally graded about an acre and had ignored all request from Pimma County and also did not disclose the issue of any real estate forms. Pimma County was now holding me responsible for the fine. I met a Fireman in the area and was talking about my situation and he recommended Michael Fleishman to me. I hired Michael to work out a comprise that was acceptable to both Pimma County and to me. He was able to do just that in a matter of a couple of weeks. If your looking for a no-nonsense attorney that wants to get you the best outcome at the lowest cost then give Michael Fleishman a call. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
