A Texas native, who grew up in Oklahoma, Justin D. Castillo has called Tucson home since 2002. Justin is a Certified Real Estate Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. Admitted to practice in Arizona since 2005, Justin first honed his trial skills by defending indigent criminal defendants. In 2007, Justin began his practice in civil and commercial litigation with the Brei Law Firm.
Justin’s business practice involves representing clients in contractual disputes, payment and collection disputes, partnership disputes, civil RICO, and the preparation of commercial contracts and purchase agreements.

Justin’s construction practice involves defective work disputes and actions in front of the Registrar of Contractors, including assisting clients deal with the Recovery Fund.
Justin’s personal injury practice involves the representation of injured parties. Justin also assists clients in obtaining, enforcing, and defending Injunctions Against Harassment and Orders of Protection.
In his spare time, Justin serves as President of the St. Vincent De Paul Society for St. Augustine Cathedral.
