Unhappy client

On May of 2015 I hired Mr. Rorex for legal advice and to represent me in filing a lawsuit. I paid him half of the fee that he requested, $250.0 for a demand letter and the court filing fees. Mr. Rorex and his secretary didn't answer my phone calls, e-mails and texts. Weeks and months have gone by wit...hout a word from them. I did some research to try and find out what was going on. To this day I still have not heard from them all I know is that he is no longer at the location that he was at when I hired him. I lost over $1,200.00. Still waiting for him to call me.

Very Bad Attorney

I hired Mr. Rorex to represent a non profit charity in a foreclosure action. He accepted the retainer fee, however, he submitted nothing to the court to defend the action nor did he attend the Hearings. In my opinion I paid him to become my adversary and of course we lost because the judge had no o...ther alternative.

Conversations with attorney.

Couldn't review the case law I cited in application to my civil problem that I cited without charging me money in his free consultation services for me so I could determine if his professional services could help me. Kirk

Very unhappy with Barry Rorex

Paid him a retainer over three months ago for a relatively simple legal matter. I don't know if he has done anything on my case as he will not return either my phone calls or emails.

We are sorry you were not satisfied with the services from our office. Our office is often busy, as most law offices are, but we strive to keep our clients informed about their cases. Unfortunately, a fact of life in the legal system is that many legal processes take a long time. There are often periods of intense action followed by long periods of waiting. It can be very frustrating for everyone involved. We can also do better to make sure our clients understand the process involved and stay up to date on developments in their case. Thank you for your review.
