Very Unhappy
I had a retained his services for a minor court case. He did not inform me of any changes or motions the other party filed. When I told him to file a response/rebuttal on my behalf, he did not file. He did not return the email or phone call. The only thing he said was unfortunately, nothing can b...
We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with services provided by our office. We do not know the specifics of who posted the review or what the case was regarding, but feel it's important to clarify that we never charge $250.00 per meeting. Much of the time our fees are flat fees and we offer flexible payment plans. Our initial consultations are always free and always with a licensed attorney. We do our best to keep our fees low. We also understand that sometimes a client's plan of attack can be very different from what is allowed by law or what is best for the case. Attorneys and clients need to work together to develop the best plan for achieving the client's goals, but also need to make sure that the attorney is not being asked to do anything that could jeopardize the case or cause additional legal problems.

EPIC FAIL
I strongly recommend NOT using this lawyer. Returned ONE call/email in 18 months. I have no idea what is going on in my case. Refuses to return calls or emails... or to return my money.

"Barry Rorex provides solid insight into the way a great bankruptcy lawyer thinks. It is clear he puts his clients' interests at the top of his priority list. I am honored to endorse Mr Rorex."
"Barry Rorex is an excellent lawyer who truly cares about his clients. His office works tirelessly to protect the little guy from wrongful actions by the big banks and financial companies. If you need help with bankruptcy, foreclosure, or debt issues, I can think of no one better than Barry Rorex."
"Not only is Mr. Rorex an experienced and knowledgeable attorney, he truly cares about his clients. So does his committed team. He is my top referral for Arizona Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. He is also excellent when it comes to consumer rights law, foreclosure law, and loan agreement law. When I have complex questions about how any of these areas of law are handled in Arizona, I usually call his firm. Mr. Rorex and his firm have my strongest endorsement."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Barry is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy and other legal matters. He will do a excellent job for anyone that retains him."
