I went for a consult and was told exactly what he felt he could do for me. It all sounded great almost to good. When I was informed of the cost I did not think that I would be able to afford his services but with a little help I was thankfully able to pay his fees. There was one small hiccup with a m...iscommunication but that really turned out for the best in the end. I had to be represented because the first time I spoke with a judge alone I was treated very poorly and disrespected. He would not even listen to what I had to say and believed every lie told about me. Thankfully Mr. Bays listened to me and worked diligently to help me get my son home where he belongs. All in all I feel that I was well represented and any issue I had with him was resolved completely.
