I was faced with a Child Custody case nightmare that started in the state of CT and ended in AZ. At the time I had to hire a CT attorney to get my children back into my custody after my children's father refused to return them back to me after Christmas break of 2014. I had to hire an AZ attorney out... of Cochise County to get temporary orders stating I was the custodial parent as per AZ law because I was unmarried to the father of my children. I still have issues about the case concerning the father of my children and his lawyers not following what the Judge ordered and decided and Randy is still willing to help. Paul Randall Bays was the worst attorney I have ever encountered in my life. He was completely rude and didn't care about my story or any of the facts that I had to say. He kept cutting me off, rolling his eyes while I spoke and just darn right rude. I would not recommend going to him. I would rather... represent myself than have to deal with him for one more second. Paul can't say that I am going to win on a case if knows nothing about the case and doesn't care to know about it.
