I hired Mr. Randy Bays and Bays Law to handle a very complex child custody case. The original order was out of Texas, the “home state” was Washington, and I needed Arizona to intervene in an emergency. Mr. Bays fought very hard and diligently to ensure that my daughter was protected. His firm was alw...ays very prompt on any court actions and always made sure documentation got to me as soon as it was available. Mr. Bays was great about putting my mind at ease through the whole process, while always ensuring that my daughter’s needs were top priority. Although we were unable to fully complete all of the needs in Arizona, Mr. Bays still worked closely with my other attorney and offered advice where he could. Note: I would also like to say that at times I also felt as though Bays Law did not communicate as often as I would have liked. I went for a consult and was told exactly what he felt he could do for me. It all sounded great almost to good. When I was informed of the cost I did not think that I would be able to afford his services but with a little help I was thankfully able to pay his fees. There was one small hiccup with a m...iscommunication but that really turned out for the best in the end. I had to be represented because the first time I spoke with a judge alone I was treated very poorly and disrespected. He would not even listen to what I had to say and believed every lie told about me. Thankfully Mr. Bays listened to me and worked diligently to help me get my son home where he belongs. All in all I feel that I was well represented and any issue I had with him was resolved completely. If and when I need to represented again I will defently hire him again to be my voice in the courtroom. The staff at Bays Law were always respectful, courteous, kind and helpful. They helped to make sure that I had everything in order for all of my hearings and Mr. Bays delivered everything he said that he would be able to do. He really went to bat for me when it counted and even managed to do what seemed impossible until he managed to get it done. I was referred to Bays Law by some friends of mine. I was skeptical at first but I was in need of immediate services due to being served documents for a Relocation/Custody Hearing and an Order of Exparte’. I was due in court for the Order of Exparte’ four days after receiving the paper work. I contac...ted Mr. Bays’ office and was given an appointment immediately. I explained my situation to Mr. Bays at our initial meeting. He asked me to gather witnesses and to prepare statements over the weekend. My witnesses and I wrote and turned in our statements the following day. Mr. Bays was able to get the Order of Exparte’ dismissed with one day to prepare the documents. With two months to prepare for my Relocation/Custody Hearing, Mr. Bays explained what he needed from me to include documents that could be used in my case. Mr. Bays along with his secretary Debbie kept in constant contact via email and phone through the entire process. Mr. Bays was well prepared with the evidence I presented as well as my ex’s evidence and knew exactly where to find any information that was asked during the proceedings. Mr. Bays was always one step ahead of my ex’s attorney. Mr. Bays was able to use evidence presented by my ex and use it against her to our advantage. Overall I was impressed by Mr. Bays’ professionalism in the court room. Two days in court and 58 days later, the judge’s verdict came back. I was called into Mr. Bays’ office to discuss the verdict. It was then, he told me that we had won the case and congratulated me with a handshake. I cannot thank Mr. Bays enough for what he has done for my daughter and I. I am now the primary custodial parent of my child and she will be living with me from now on.
