Mr. Bays and his staff did an outstanding job handling my Child Custody case recently. My case involved my Ex and new husband moving to another country and trying to take my kids along. Monetarily compared to what apparently my ex spent it was reasonable. I was charged a flat fee from the get go. Eve...rything that was included was spelled out from start to finish. Even when the case ended up going longer than anticipated Mr. Bays held to his (Marine) word and did not charge me an extra dime. Face it... there is no such thing as cheap legal advice. I found Randy by recommendations from other clients and one even came from another lawyer. Well......he did it! I got sole and primary custody plus a huge debt that was owed to me. He really proved himself, he was so aggressive and he gets what he wants (for you)! I will continue to recommened Randy Bays to anyone, he is truly worth every penny, you will not feel cheated or wonder if there was a better lawyer. He knows what hes doing. My case never had to go to trial, Randy finished it in that one day and had it finalized the same day before we left court, no waiting for the paperwork or waiting for the other party to sign, it was completed there, signatures and all!
