I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere

I saw Mr. Bays on the day day I first went into his office looking for a divorce attorney. Over the following five months, I did not see him once, in spite of an attempt on my part at least three times to do so. The flow of information from his office was almost non-existant, and unless they needed... copies of something, was initated by me. That's five months of virtual silence during one of the most stressful events in a pesrsons life. On the day of my divorce hearing, Mr. Bays did not even recognize me. My wife had made some modifications to our agreement at the eleventh hour. Of course, Mr. Bays did not catch it...I did. Mr. Bays' advice was to accept the changes, which cost me another $10K. He left me with the feeling he had somewhere better to be. In the end, he did nothing for me but file copies of pay stubs, and show up for the hearing. My wife's attorney? By all measures, she was everything you'd want in someone representing you...so there is at least one decent attorney in SV.

Excellent service!

Mr. Bays represented me during my divorce and child custody case. The first day I walked in I was nervous and scared due to my situation. Not only did Mr. Bays help me calm down, but before I left he told me the outcome of my case. He was 100% correct. I now have sole legal and physical custody of my... son and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff is fantastic, extremely supportive and professional. Debbie, Nicole, Amber, Griselda, they always made sure I had everything I needed from paperwork to the latest information on my case, even after I relocated out of state. His presence in the courtroom is strong and he truly stood up and fought for the best interest of my son. He is very straightforward and honest about what should be done and told me when I was being unrealistic and why. Thank you Mr. Bays & staff!

One of a kind

Give this man a cape. He is that good! My Daughter and I were in a difficult situation and being from out of state, had no one to turn to. Mr. Bays became our rescuer . He Listened to the situation, helped obtain proper paperwork to protect my daughter and help her get things settled at a rapid pac...e, which was a huge help for us because until then we had no where to stay. Mr. Bays is an extremely competent attorney. Very professional, and personable. He has gone out of his way for my daughter and I. Where I come from lawyers don't do any more then they have to and most of the time they don't even do what they are paid to do! It is so refreshing to meet someone who really cares and is there to do the right thing. He is not just a good lawyer, he is a good person. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good, and honest attorney...I know, I never thought those two words belonged together either! until I met Mr. Bays :o)

Great Lawyer/Great Man/Great Staff

Mr. Bays is a great attorney and even more so a great man. He is patient and stern when he needs to be with a nervous parent and most of all listens to you instead of leaving you feeling out of control at a time when feeling in control of something is what you need most.. His staff is excellent and p...rofessional in their job's but not so that you feel alienated in you time of stress. They really listen to you when most attorneys act like they have the law degree and know more than you. (I hate that) It is not about the money with them. They will fight far harder for you than most law offices will for a fair fee. It is a family office and they treat you as just that, family. You know Sierra Vista and it's military influence, I was the only one not military or ex military in the court room. Outside the court room everything would go my exes way because her and her husband would just talk military with the police and no matter how bad the things were that they did it would always go their way and later they would brag about the fact that they could do this, but in the court room with a very unbiased judge Mr. Bay's leveled the playing field against a what is known as a very, very capable attorney. It is very hard to get a relocation out of Arizona and not only did we win physical custody but also got the relocation. I can't thank Randy and his staff enough and and never forget what they have done for my son and my family and continue to do even after the case was won to answer any questions I have had.
