Biography
If you're looking for a long-term solution to your war, and not simply looking to win a single battle, you've found your family law attorney. My conflict resolution strategies get results. Many people search for "aggressive" family law attorneys, not realizing that there is a better way. I continute to be successful against even the most seasoned attorneys because my approach is "refreshing" to most judges. Gone are the days of attorneys duking it out in court like you see on television; and most attorneys' failure to recognize that simple fact helps me be successful for my clients.
I recognize that each situation is different and therefore, I work with clients to formulate a unique strategy for their case. Looking toward long-term resolution for current issues and anticipating future issues also saves many clients money because many issues are dealt with simultaneously at one cost.
Having gone through divorce myself with two children, I understand the frustration of working with the other spouse/parent and how daunting the court process can be. My personal experience makes me patient and eager to give each client individual attention.
Prior to being an attorney, I managed another law office for 7 years and worked part-time as a paralegal in that same office. Before joining the legal field, I worked as an insurance claims representative for more than 10 years. My extensive work history in both fields has given me valuable experience in conflict resolution and negotiation, and has taught me how to be aggressive in necessary situations.
