David Michael Munoz

I cannot say enough good things about Michael. I came to him in September after a night out with friends ended with me in jail for the night and facing many charges against me. As a business student with a future in the financial department I was facing charges that could have significantly impacted ...my future. When I initially sat down with Michael he told me all of the possible outcomes without sugarcoating things for me. Mr. Munoz is an outstanding attorney. My case involved embezzlement: miss use of company authorized credit card and paying funds back by allocating company funds to pay for debt. This went on for a two year time period. There is no excuse for my actions and letting it go on for this time period. ...I am ashamed and deeply remorseful for my actions. During that period of time I was experiencing financial difficulties and felt I had no one to turn to for help. When I was charged with a class 3 felony with several factors in the case,. Mr. Munoz worked diligently to prove my case and my charges were reduced to class 6 felony undesignated, with no jail time to be served. I was given probation. My journey did not end there, we still had restitution settlement. I was referred to Mike by another Lawyer that retiring. Mike spent an hour or two with me discussing the MVD and Legal sides of a DUI in AZ... he let me know what to anticipate and what my obligations would be during the process.
