Michelle's Amazing Reputation Helped us tremendously!

I hired Michelle to help with a large bonus that was unpaid by my current employer. We ended up settling in mediation for an amount that I was extremely happy with and I am still in the current position. Michelle was a dream to work with, she was hard working, insightful, extremely educated, dedicate...d and truly ran the legal process with little thought on my end. She earns the respect of everyone she talks to and is always five steps ahead of the game. I was blessed to have chosen Michelle to work with, even in mediation, it was her name and experience that had the other party nervous. It was my choice to settle, but I know if we had not settled, Michelle's tenacity would have won us a successful day in court. Michelle is extremely talented and during mediation I witnessed even more that everyone around her knows it! Excellent Employment Attorney

When I was included in my former employer’s reduction in force, I believed I was wrongly terminated. I paid for a consultation with Michelle and am very glad that I did. Michelle confirmed my belief and pointed out all relevant state and federal law. I hired Michelle to pursue the various claims ...against my employer. Without filing a lawsuit, Michelle negotiated a very favorable monetary settlement, which included full reimbursement of the fees I paid to her. It was clear that Michelle knows employment and business law VERY WELL, and throughout the process she took the time to explain all relevant law to me, as well as the reasons that my employer’s attorney included various terms in the agreement.
