Because you don't know what you don't know, call Michelle Matheson!

Ms. Matheson demonstrated vast knowledge of labor and employment law and the local law community. She strategically guided and advised me regarding the direction to go in with my case and she did so on a continual basis. Michelle was very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails, she was always acc...essable. She patiently explained laws and rights and was able to accurately determine what the employer's position would be in every instance. She empowered me with good information so I could recognize the strengths and weaknesses of my case and therefore we were able to prepare for and pursue the best possible result. It was such a relief to learn that I had rights and that someone very smart and respected among her peers was in my corner. Honestly, having Michelle on my side made it possible for me to deal with an emotionally toxic work environment over the course of many, many weeks. Thank you to the team at Matheson & Matheson!

Excellent attorney

I found Michelle through my friend and she is the best. I was very impressed with her personality and the approach she took from the initial call. Always responded quickly to any questions I had about my case. she was very candid and detailed about the outcomes of my case and advised me and poin...ted me in the right direction. She also has a great team to support any calls/questions in her absence. I would highly recommend her.

Five Stars for Michelle Ray Matheson

Professional, compassionate, detailed, patient and knowledgeable are just a few of the positive descriptors I would use to define my experience with Michelle Ray Matheson. Needing a separation agreement review within a specific time frame resulted in my need for experienced legal consul to guide me... through the pages of legalese. I found Michelle via the web through an "employment law" search. The office staff was respectful and professional and requested that I email a copy of the document to be reviewed prior to the meeting to enable Michelle to prepare and that lifted my confidence level immediately. First impressions are always critical. Again, Michelle was professional but that professionalism is coupled with warmth and compassion. She is an attentive listener and patiently walked through every paragraph of the document to ensure I had a complete understanding of it's intent. I highly recommend Michelle and her firm and I would not hesitate to recommend her to colleagues and friends.

Excellent Employment Law Lawyer

Michelle is an exceptional lawyer with extremely deep knowledge base in Employment Law. She is very caring about her client's needs and issues. She always gets back timely on follow up items or research on legal concerns. I recommend her unconditionally to others in need of help.

Fast, Fair, Helpful

Needed an attorney to review a separation agreement. Called Matheson & Matheson. Professional from the initial call to the final outcome. I even had a question a few weeks after we concluded and Michelle called me right back.
