100% above and beyond

I hired Michelle for my fmla case. From our initial meeting, until the conclusion. I was treated as if i was her only client. Frequent updates and all of the hand holding i needed. For any employment law needs. I can't emphasize enough how great Michelle was for me. This goes for her staff as... well. The only con i have is her website. It needs a bit of updating to be on par with her ability, professionalism, fairness, kindness, and overall likeability.

Best Lawyer for Employment Law Needs!

I hired Michelle to work my pregnancy discrimination case and considering the stress surrounding the situation, she was amazing at making me feel relaxed. She had my best interests at heart and was extremely supportive throughout the process. Not only is Michelle highly intelligent and personable, ...she is aggressive when need be. Great advisement!

Michelle was great! My husband and I needed a review of a contract and we could not have asked for a better lawyer to work with. She was friendly, smart, and extremely responsive. We feel safe and happy with our results of the contract. We did not want to sue, and she did not push us to at all. We di...d not even have to go into the office, we skyped with her which helped us out tremendously. She reviewed all our paperwork beforehand, and answered most of our questions without us even asking. I would highly recommend Michelle!

VERY PLEASED WITH MICHELLE MATHESON'S REPRESENTATION

I had a consultation with Michelle Matheson to see if I had a Wrongful Termination Suit. She explained why my situation did not qualify for that type of a case. HOWEVER, I did have an Overtime case. I happened to mention to Michelle that I worked long hours in my job. She asked questions. I was surpr...ised to learn that even though I was a salaried employee, i was entitled to be paid for all the many hours of overtime I'd put in at the job. Michelle & her team put my case together, she filed the suit and handled everything. We never had to go to trial, the case was settled. I'm very pleased. I highly recommend Michelle Matheson.
