Reached out to Mr. Knight with a debt collection issue. Not only did he not return my email, but when I finally got him on the phone, he could have cared less. Was by far the most rude and non caring lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of taking too. Told me he could not help and good luck, pho...ne went dead. If this bitter old man is so unhappy with his job, why continue to do it? And if you cannot help a person with an issue you advertise for, why say it is something you do? Save yourself the anguish, and do not call this old lawyer.

We were given the opportunity to buy a house we had been renting for a few years. It was an unusual situation, as the house was not listed on the MLS, and the sellers wanted to use a realtor friend to do the deal himself. We wanted someone to represent our interests, so we hired Mr. Knight, and are... so glad we did. His advice was invaluable during negotiations, resulting in us getting the house for a price reduced well below what the sellers wanted. He always responded promptly and was knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend Mr. Knight for his real estate services.

Mr. Knight is clearly very knowledgeable about his profession but what sets him apart from any service provider is that it's clear that he truly cares about his profession and the clients that he serves. He takes the time to provide very thorough answers to any and all questions in a very timely man...ner as if he's considering our situation as his own. My wife and I would highly recommend Mr. Knight for any business or real estate legal advice.
