When I learned that my father, 87 years old, incapacitated by advanced Alzheimer’s disease, and under the direction of his “new” wife, 19 years his junior, had made changes to his will/trust to disinherit his entire family (5 daughters and 5 grandchildren), I knew I needed expert help. My actual experience with Kent and his team, from the first moment I spoke with him, confirmed that everything I had read was spot on. I knew immediately, by the way he answered questions, that he was someone I could trust. Our opposing counsel, on the other hand, consistently displayed incompetent, unprofessional and unethical behavior. In addition, he was a nasty piece of work, never missing an opportunity to insult, slander and outright lie. Kent remained courteous at all times.
