About me


Chad Conelly, an Arizona native, has been practicing law in Arizona since 2003 in a wide variety of employment, business, and real estate matters, focusing on business and real estate litigation and employment disputes. He is a Founding Member and Managing Member of the firm Molever Conelly PLLC, which has achieved an AV® Preeminent™ rating - the highest rating a law firm can achieve signifying the highest level of professional excellence. Chad received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Arizona (magna cum laude) in 1999, and received his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2003, where he served on the Lewis & Clark Law Review. He prides himself on responding to his clients’ needs promptly and aggressively, while also taking a measured approach to resolve his clients’ matters in the most efficient manner possible. Chad represents individuals and business clients of all sizes to provide guidance and representation on all types of employment, business, and real estate matters. 

Chad is active in the community, serving on the Phoenix Men's Arts Council and the Employment Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. 

An avid outdoorsman, Chad enjoys sailing, surfing, snowboarding, fly fishing, and hiking, and he regularly competes in triathlons and open water swimming races.
