Charles A Kellers

Found other poor ratings on Charles A. Kellers and I agree wholeheartedly. I used him over a year ago on my case and I am still experiencing negaitve effects of how he handled things regarding child and spousal support. I found him ineffective on many positions on claims that hurt my case in the long... run. You could do better finding someone else more professional and capable for sensitive cases, since his bill seems to be more important than anything. I just did not get the help I needed.

I originally chose Mr. Kellers because he seemed a reasonable person at working on a compromise. The first hint of issue was when he wanted me to agree to accuse my now x-husband of sexual abuse. I told him if we stated that, my x would stop all negoiations, which it did. Mr. Kellers stated that i...t would help my case, but the utilmately the judge didn't care. It only hurt me to have to discuss it in court. My x thinks he did nothing wrong. Also, I have a developmentally disabled son and Mr. Kellers stated he had a brother who was developmentally disabled so he knew how to make sure my son was taken care of. When the finaly decree was published, it included nothing about my son's permannent development disability and Mr. Kellers told me he wouldn't help me appeal and that I had to pay him my bill now.
